If you would like to have unaccepted items sent back to you, please follow the return service process outlined below.
1. Email hello@silkroll.com and say "add me to the return service queue". This will apply only to your most recent trade-in.
2. When your trade-in is processed, we will email you a photo of your unaccepted items. Respond within 48 hours to let us know if you want your items donated, or sent back.
3. If you would like your items sent back, pay the $25 shipping and handling fee at the link provided in the email.
Please follow this process with every trade-in when you would like this service.
